I am making masks and scrub caps for nurses and doctors. I started this project when one of my dearest friends told me what she was seeing in her ER and how the hospital was handling the lack of supplies. People are dying, the ER is jammed, and there are just not enough supplies. Nurses and doctors are having to reuse PPE, if they have any at all. So I started sewing these PPE for her and her fellow nurses  That soon expanded to other nurse friends of mine and to my family and friends. I am now also making masks for people I know do not have masks but need to visit our local Food Pantry.



I have used up what little fabric stash I had. Please understand, I have no intention of selling masks. BUT, I could sure use some assistance for expenses like fabric and supplies - I’ve worn out needles,cutting wheel blades, and used up thread.  I thought this was a fair way to go that will still allow me to make PPE for  people in need. It also allows those who don't sew to be a part of the cause. Donate what you wish. Anything helps.
