THE PROBLEM WE'RE FACING
Hospitals and Homeless shelters are in the most need of face safety during COVID-19 There are already reports of health care workers getting sick and dying as a result of a lack of proper protective gear. Additionally, homeless shelter workers are working with no protection.
HOW WE'RE WORKING TO SOLVE IT
This club began at the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020. We were given the opportunity to help make masks to give back to the people that are exposed to the virus frequently: Frontline Workers, Hospitals, Homeless Shelters, Rehabilitation Centers, and Senior Care Homes. We want to bring awareness to safety precautions and PPE that needs to be taken seriously in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
Every mask we make is handmade, thought-out, and prepared for the person in need. Each donation you make helps a student make a mask for their community.

THE TEAM
Our Team consists of High School students in Leadership Public School Hayward. All members are student leaders who are very passionate to help others in our community during an unprecedented time.
