Masjid Purchase Project

 As Salaam Alaikum,


It was narrated from Jabir bin ‘Abdullah that: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: “Whoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah, like a sparrow’s nest or even smaller, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.”

 
On August 23rd, 2018, the Islamic Center of Fayetteville (ICF) purchased a facility to serve as an Islamic Center and masjid.  This was done by obtaining an interest free loan from a benefactor.  So, although it was a cash purchase, you can still share in the benefit of building a masjid by making a tax deductible contribution to help us pay off our loan.

 In existence for over 10 years, ICF is located in the Sandhills region of southeastern North Carolina.  As we continue to strive to expand our Islamic footprint in the area, we hope that you will be able to take part in helping us bring the message of Islam to this community from our new location. 

 We thank Allah that He saw fit from his infinite bounties to bless our community to purchase our new Islamic Center. Alhamdulillah!!! In order to meet the obligation of paying off our interest free loan, we must rely on the generosity of individuals and businesses for support. With individuals like you, we have been able to remain open over 10 years, and hope to continue long into the future from our new facility. Your generosity makes a difference.

We ask that you commit to support our appeal by making a cash donation.  ICF is a 501(C)(3) charitable organization chartered in North Carolina, and your donation is tax deductible. Our goal is $200,000 to repay the loan.  We hope that you will make a contribution.
