Dear all Darussalam Education centre need your urgent help in renovating Masjid main hall , Wudu & washrooms facilities for brothers, Wudu , washroom , baby changer facilities for Sisters and building a funeral service for Muslims in the area.

We are about to enter blessed month of Dul-Haj when deeds are most beloved to our creator.
The most pleasing charity to our Lord is not measured in the amount given, but in the sincerity of the one giving.
The Prophet ﷺ was asked, "Which charity is the most beloved to Allah?"
He replied, "The charity that is given from the hard-earned money of he who has very little money. And begin by giving charity to those who depend on you" [Reported by Abū Dawūd].
Who is it that would loan Allah a goodly loan so He may multiply it for him many times over? And it is Allah who withholds and grants abundance, and to Him you will be returned. (The Holy Quran, 2:245)
Breif history of Darussalam Blackburn:
Darussalam Education Centre formerly known as the Seven Tree Public House.
Alhamdulillah, with the help of Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala, our small community of foresighted visionaries purchased this public house and developed into a Mosque & community education centre thus begin a new era in Blackburn, known as Darussalam Education Centre, also known as DEC, it is a community mosque in Blackburn, Lancashire in the United Kingdom of Great Britain.
As well as being a Masjid (mosque), the institution is also an Education Centre. DEC aims to be “a service to the community in accordance to the teachings and strict adherence to the Quran and authentic Sunnah of Prophet ﷺ ”. Darussalam Education Centre is a family friendly mosque & is pleased to host our brothers, sisters and families. Darussalam Education Centre does have a dedicated facility for the sisters for prayers, activities and Islamic circles. Sisters are welcome to come along with their families and friends to pray at any times during the week.
Donation Appeal for Darussalam Phase 2 Project
Alhamdolillah, we have completed our phase1 basement as prayer and activity centre for sisters
Phase 2: A Renovation project of Mosque main hall is underway and we continue working on
1) Wudu facilities for brothers with toilets and disabled facility.
2) Wudu facility for sisters with disabled facility and baby changer facility which will be linked to sisters prayer hall. In-Sha-Allah.
3) We are also working on funeral project to establish this facility for all muslims around the area whether they are member of the masjid or not and this will be open to every brother and sisters just like the mosque is for all to worship Allah the Almighty .
By establishing this will provide extra room for brothers and sisters during Ramadan and on Fridays and will provide extra facilities for Islamic Educational Classes. In-Sha-Allah.
This is only possible with the blessing of Almighty Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala and generous donations from our brothers and sisters and a very special contribution from our Madrassah Students, Alhamdolillah.
We will request every one to donate generously for this Lillah Project, these are the blessed times and occasions when Sadaqat are accepted by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala. In-Sha-Allah. Please share this message to all the brothers and sisters and help us to raise required funds for this blessed project.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله:
نتمنى من الله أن تكونوا بخير وعافية
نحن "إدارة مسجد ومركز دار السلام التعليمي في بلاكبيرن - بريطانيا" نشكركم على دعمكم المستمر لتوسعة مشروع دار السلام التعليمي .. بفضل الله مسجدنا على مقربة من إتمام التوسعة المطلوبة ليلبّي متطلبات الجالية المسلمة هنا، وليتمّ مشروعه في إيصال التوحيد النقيّ والسنة النبوية المشرفة في صفائها ونقائها، كتب الله لنا ولكم الأجر وأعاننا على إتمام ما نبغي من الخير.
- مختصر عن تاريخ مسجد دار السلام:
المكان الذي فيه المسجد الآن كان محلًّا لبيع الخمور وبيتًا للدّعارة والفواحش ثم بفضل الله وتوفيقه وتكاتف الإخوة هنا اشتروه وحوّلوه لمسجد يُذكر فيه اسم الله تعالىٰ وهو كذلك مركز تعليمي، يطلق على المسجد اسم دار السلام, يقع بمدينة بلاكبيرن، محافظة لانكاشير بشمال بريطانيا، ومع افتتاح المسجد ونشاطاته وتميّزه انطلق عهد جديد للجالية المسلمة بفضل الله وعونه.
المسجد بفضل الله يتمّ التعليم فيه والتدريس والخُطب والمواعظ وفق كتاب الله وسنة نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم بفهم السلف الصالح رضوان الله عليهم، كذلك اشتِهر المسجد بفضل الله بترحيبه بالجميع دون استثناء حيث إن من أهدافه توحيد الجالية على الكتاب والسنة، وكذلك عُرف بنشاطاته المتنوعة للأطفال والشباب والأخوات كذلك ليقضّوا أوقات فراغهم في المسجد خير لهم من قضاء الوقت في أماكن أخرى، فهو مسجد للأسرة كاملة، وللأخوات نشاط طيب في نشر التوعية والحفاظ على الجيل القادم، كذلك هناك حلق لتحفيظ القرآن الكريم منفصلة للإخوة والأخوات بنظام تعليميّ متميّز، مع العلم أن المسجد منذ افتتاحه وحتى كتابة هذه الورقة هو المسجد الوحيد الذي يستقبل الأخوات ويفتح لهن مكانًا للصلاة في الأوقات والجمعة كذلك، وفق الله جهود الإخوة والأخوات للمزيد وبارك فيها.
- مناشدة للتبرع من أجل إكمال المرحلة الثالثة لمشروع التّوسعة:
الحمد لله، انتهينا من المرحلة الأولى وهي إنشاء مكان جديد لصلاة الأخوات ولأنشطة الشباب والأطفال، والآن تجري المرحلة الثانية وهي تجديد المدخل الرئيسي وتوسعة مكان صغير للصلاة لتكفي عدد الإخوة المصلين وكذلك ليكون هناك مكان لتغسيل الجنائز وتجهيزها والصلاة عليها، ولافتتاح حلقة قرآن أيضًا، هذا العمل يجري بفضل الله وتيسيره ثم تبرعات أهل المسجد، وبالأخص تبرعات طلاب القرآن وأهلهم، وسننتهي من ذلك قبل رمضان بعون الله، حاليًّا نحن بصدد الخطوة الثالثة وهي خطوة مهمة جدّا وهي ما نحتاج لفت انتباهكم لها أيها الأفاضل، ألا وهي أن المسجد يعتبر صغيرًا وهو يقع على الطريق الرئيسية من ثلاث نواحٍ، وإمكانية التوسعة مستقبلًا محصورة في جهة واحدة "وهي جهة سكنية" والآن نحن نحتاج بشدة لشراء قطعة أرض صغيرة ملاصقة للمسجد وكذلك بيتين ملاصقين لها، نحتاج ذلك للمسجد لعمل موقف للسيارات وكذلك لئلا نُمنع من إمكانية التوسعة مستقبلًا، وصاحب القطعة والبيتين طلب مئتي ألف جنيها مقابل ذلك وهو مستعجل بالبيع فيما نعلم، فلو لا قدر الله بيعت القطعة والبيتان سيصبح المسجد بلا موقف للسيارات وهذه المشكلة نعاني منها الآن مع كثرة المصلين "بفضل الله" ونسعى لهذا الحل كحل وحيد وأخير، لذلك نرجو منكم أيها الأفاضل التبرع بكرم وسخاء والله إنه لباب لخير قد فتح لكم وإن إخوة لكم في الدين لبحاجة مدكم يد العون لهم فكونوا لهم كما كان الأنصار للمهاجرين، وإنها بإذن الله لصدقة جارية ستنتفع بها أجيال متعاقبة إن شاء الله، فنرجو منكم مساعدة إخوتكم في هذا الوضع الصعب ليتيسر لهم إقامة فرض الله والصلاة والحفاظ على شباب الجالية المسلمة في مكان آمن كالمسجد
