Masjid Al-Haqq Mortgage Fund Drive

As- Salaam Alaikum,

On behalf of everyone at Masjid Al-Haqq, we hope you and your loved ones are well. We are truly grateful for all your support which allowed us to keep our doors open during this pandemic.

Your generosity makes it possible for us to continue to provide access and service to the Community. Your support is particularly appreciated during this unparalleled time, and in the face of uncertainty and obstacles, we know that our shared values of resiliency and optimism –pillars on which our religion stands, will guide us through this unprecedented chapter.

Masjid Al-Haqq has launched a Mortgage Fund Drive to pay off our Mortgage of $44,000.00. Our goal is to ask Forty (40) Believers to pledge $1,000.00 by donating $100.00 per month starting March 2021 – December 2021. Insha’Allah. We firmly believe the Masjid should not be owned by the Bank, and that we should pay all that Interest, and little toward Principal, makes no sense.

Since March, we have raised $25,000! We are incredibly grateful for all who were able to contribute so far. We have decided to open this GoFundMe for us to ensure we can reach the remaining $19,000 of our goal.
