Masi 'Otuafi

Masi has a heart of gold and a smile that can brighten any room!  When around him you immediately feel like you are family, because to him...you are family!

Masi was recently diagnosed with a cancerous tumor in his pancreas.  The only curable option is removal of the tumor.  Currently, there is no pharmaceutical treatment that can cure this specific type of cancer.  The medical costs are expected to be several thousands of dollars.  Additionally, due to the invasive nature of this surgical procedure, the rehabilitation is anticipated to be anywhere from 2-6 months and will keep Masi from working and providing for his family for that time.  

Masi, Rochelle and their family have also been working towards adopting a boy named McCoy from Tonga.  McCoy is an orphan and is currently under the care of Masi's village in his home country of Tonga.  In order for the adoption to take place they will need to create more space in their home by finishing some rooms in their basement so that they meet the necessary requirements.

Throughout their marriage, Masi and Rochelle have fostered and adopted several children and have provided a safe and healthy environment where love is the focus.  Over the past several years they put together a plan to raise funds and construct a much needed community center in Masi's home village in Tonga.  This center has greatly benefited the community.  They are amazing neighbors, citizens and friends.  

As they have given so much of themselves to all of us, it would be great to give something back to them.
