MASH Girls Athletic Camp Fund

Our mission is to be able to financially support 7th - 12th-grade girls playing Field hockey and/or Basketball at Mechanicsburg Area Senior High School who want to go to summer team camp. This fundraising effort will support women athletes beyond the financial capability of the Mechanicsburg Area School District and their Booster Clubs. The goal is to send female student athletes to summer camps/clinics to encourage skill development and teamwork.

We are asking our alumni and friends to help us achieve our 2022/23 goal of $5,000 to assist those athletes whose families cannot financially afford the cost of summer camp. If our network of alumni and supporters donate as little as $5.00 each, at least ten athletes will have the experience of learning at a higher level and bonding with their teammates. These experiences cannot be created after school or during the season, and such experiences are an essential part of team cohesiveness and learning.
