Mary Scanlon Knowles Celebration

Saturday, July 20th, our sweet, feisty, thoughtful Mary passed suddenly and unexpectedly. Since her passing, Facebook has been flooded with stories and remembrances of Mary and the love that everyone has for her.  Throughout her life, Mary gathered countless friends; particularly through her work as a paralegal at Tonkon Torp and involvement with the East Portland Moose Lodge. She will be missed by all her friends and loved ones, but our memories of her will live forever.

Above all, Mary was a dedicated, loving mother to her beautiful daughters, Emma and Madeline, and many friends have expressed their desire to do something to help them and to honor Mary. With all of the emotional pain and stress that a death brings, it also brings financial burdens. We are trying to raise money for her daughters to help with medical and other costs that will incur, and to help wherever needed
