Hi everyone!
In a few months I will be producing/directing/choreographing a dance film that is very close to my heart. Before I move to LA in January, I want to create something really special with some dancers and artists here in Atlanta. The cast consists of 17 amazing dancers who all work very hard. The videographer will be Donny Hamrick who has been a huge support system for getting my vision out there. I will also have a few make up artists working on the set (not yet confirmed). Between payments for videography/editing, wardrobe, make up, and food for the cast you can imagine that the bill starts pilling up. I have been trying to save up for this video for quite some time and wanted to pay for it all myself, but am still struggling to make all the funds that I would like for the film. I forget sometimes that I have a support system around me that love supporting the arts, if you can give even just 50 cents I will be so grateful. The dancers have offered to do this project for free but as most of you probably know dancers are always doing projects for free and rarely get paid. I really would like to pay them because they are putting a lot of work, time, and passion into this. I do not want to share the vision of the film because I want the work to speak for itself and I would like each viewer to have their own perception of the concept. Thank you so much for even taking the time to read this! This project is very precious to me and simply taking the time to read means a lot to me. I am hoping that this film will inspire many!
