Mary Jane Nael Donnelly

My sister, Mary Jane Nael Donnelly had flu like symptoms for approximately a month.  She went to her family physician, where she received oral antibiotics.  After taken two rounds of antibiotics, she was not getting any better.  In fact, she started to receive back and hip pains.  She went to the doctors and they sent her to the emergency room.   After tests were done, they found she had a blood stream infection.  The blood stream infection was so severe that it went into her spine and bones.  After one month of IV antibiotics, little improvement was made.  Neurosurgeon operated on her, removed a great amount of the infection.  The infection had destroyed three vertebrae's T8, T9 & T10.  Now her spinal cord is not stable.  They are proceeding with 2 more months of IV antibiotics and once the infection clears, they will fuse her spine.   Neurosurgeon is estimating 6-8 month recovery.   

Mary Jane has no income at this time, and family is helping pay her bills.  In lieu of flowers or gifts, any monetary donation would greatly be appreciate.
