My name is Marvin Flemons, a proud, young, motivated and inspired ,minority entrepreneur seeking financial sponsorship, contributions , and donations to begin this Southern motivated vision. My passion has always been in the kitchen since I was seven years of age. The satisfaction of love and joy I get from the smiles of customers, friends, and unknown people who eat and enjoy my cooking.. I also get enjoyment from the dynamic of changing the mood or tone of a person,especially if they been having a bad day.. I believe in customer satisfaction and the sequence of joy it creates. I have lived here in OKC, Oklahoma for 5 years now advancing, starting in the church food program and meals on wheels, moving into the concessions phase, convenient stores, then lastly into catering. Starting this business will allow me to interact with people in the community from around the city, tourists looking for a taste of home, and the ability to invest in the advancement strategies to help homelessness, create workforce opportunities, build relationships ,and create summer activities or events that build up our youth. I came through the system as a child, and also live as a homeless man here in okc, which gave me better understanding and gratitude, along with a deeper appreciation for helping others less fortunate,and a stronger faith in God that will not be tainted.
