Marty Ortega Motorcycle Crash Fund

Marty Ortega, a decorated combat veteran, was part of a group escorting the remains of a fallen Soldier from Denver International Airport to Colorado Springs late Tuesday night, 5 September. The procession came to a sudden and unexpected stop leaving minimal time to react. Marty hit one of the vehicles in the escort. He sustained several broken ribs, a collapsed lung, a shear type muscle injury and broke his right leg near the fibular head. He is currently recovering from his injuries at UCHealth University Hospital in Denver. Funds received will go to defraying medical bills and repair of his vehicle.
