Ciao! Sono Marta, persona trans non binaria di quasi 29 anni, e vivo a Roma.

Ho esitato tanto prima di aprire questo crowdfunding — chiedere aiuto non è facile — ma mi sono resx conto che a volte per prendersi cura di sé serve anche il sostegno delle persone intorno. Oggi questa operazione non è più un sogno: è una necessità improrogabile, che mi permetterà di vivere con gioia e serenità, soprattutto in quelle situazioni che oggi vivo con ansia, come l’estate e il mare.

Il mio obiettivo è fare una top surgery in Portogallo nell’inverno 2026. Ho già individuato clinica e chirurgo, e ho fatto un calcolo accurato delle spese. Ecco il dettaglio:

•⁠ ⁠Intervento chirurgico: 3150€

•⁠ ⁠Volo per 2 persone (avrò bisogno di unx accompagnatorx): 400€

•⁠ ⁠Alloggio durante la convalescenza: 600€

•⁠ ⁠Farmaci e visite mediche post-operatorie: 200€

•⁠ 7-14 giorni di lavoro persi (non percepisco retribuzione se sto in malattia): circa 550€

Totale: 4900 €

Se raggiungerò questa cifra potrò attraversare questa tappa fondamentale per il mio benessere fisico ed emotivo.

E se dovessi superare l’obiettivo, ogni euro in più verrà donato ad altri percorsi di affermazione di genere.

I hesitated a lot before opening this crowdfunding — asking for help is not easy — but I realized that sometimes, to take care of yourself, you also need the support of the people around you.

Today this operation is no longer a dream: it’s an urgent necessity, something that will allow me to live with joy and peace, especially in those situations that I now experience with anxiety, like summer and the sea.

My goal is to have a top surgery in Portugal in the winter of 2026.

I have already found the clinic and the surgeon, and I have made an accurate calculation of the expenses.

Here are the details:

•⁠ ⁠Surgical operation: €3,150

•⁠ ⁠Flight for 2 people (I will need a companion): €400

•⁠ ⁠Accommodation during recovery: €600

•⁠ ⁠Post-operative medicines and medical visits: €200

•⁠ ⁠7–14 days of lost work (I don’t receive pay when I’m on sick leave): about €550

Total: €4,900

If I reach this amount, I’ll be able to go through this fundamental step for my physical and emotional well-being.

And if I should go beyond the goal, every extra euro will be donated to other gender affirmation journeys.
