Marsha is a 10.5 year old Japanese Chin that I rescued just 9 months ago. She now has a lump/mass under a nipple that is likely breast cancer and needs to be removed. It has already changed in size and location since it was found just 10 days ago.
Unfortunately the timing of this could not be worse as I was just laid off due to the coronavirus pandemic. As such times are tight and I hate the thought of having to choose between paying bills right now and getting her this surgery. Even a small donation to help offset the cost would be so greatly appreciated.
A bit about more about Marsha:
She was used for breeding (thus a greater chance for breast cancer) prior to being rescued. She was in foster care for almost 7 months before I adopted her. She has just the sweetest and silliest personality. Her favorite activities are cleaning her paws (good habit to have these days), giving kisses (she clearly doesn’t understand the concept of social distancing), and taking naps while snuggling with me. She has the cutest little half twist hop she does when she’s excited and at the same time she is a total clutz. She always puts a smile on my face and makes me laugh which is very much needed now.
Please help in giving this sweet girl the best chance possible in living the longest post rescue life she can. Your donation will directly go to cover all vet costs associated with presugery workup, surgery, and recovery costs
Thank you in advance from the bottom of my heart.
