The Marriage Project documentary

The Marriage Project is a documentary that takes an in depth look at American families in their fight for marriage equality. With the help of experts in the fields of LGBT law, family therapy and marriage history, the film takes a unique look at a ground breaking, heated topic that many Americans struggle with today.


By donating to this film, you are making your mark on marriage equality. You are not only standing up for marriage equality but you are adding your stamp to history in the making. By supporting this film, you are helping to demystify stereotypes of LGBT families which will make the necessary change for marriage equality in the United States.

Costs:
Our costs involve distribution of this film. We are going to start by entering The Marriage Project into festivals across the country. The more we raise, the more festivals we can enter and the more national recognition we can garner. We have to pay for such things as film festival fees, DVD duplication and marketing materials.


Going Forward:
We do have the next part of the series in development. If we raise our goal, we will able to shoot that documentary with better equipment.  Our aim is to make films to further equality and to illustrate issues facing LGBT people today.
