Marquette Graduate Conference on Death and Dying
Every year at Marquette University, the Philosophy Graduate Student Organization hosts a philosophy conference at which students from around the world present papers on a given topic, and a keynote address is given by a prominent scholar. This year's theme is on the philosophy of Death and Dying.
Our conference is April 3rd-4th, 2020 at Marquette University.
While the Philosophy Department and the Office of Institutional Diversity and Inclusion will be providing some funding, we are asking for help to pay for the various costs associated with putting on the conference. Costs include airfare and accommodations for the keynote speaker as well as a dinner for the presenters, refreshments during the conference, and a few posters to be distributed around campus and other area universities.
