Memory of Marquell Sparks-Jeffries

Marquell was a fun loving, generous, motivated young man. Marquell was a son, a brother, a twin, an uncle, and a loyal friend. He was the life of the party and a joy to be around. Marquell was a humble young man that believed in God and believed in himself and was a journey to better his life. On July 20, 2017 he passed on to join many of his loved ones in heaven.  We are not yet ready to discuss the circumstances of his death and ask that you allow us to grieve in that aspect. We will say that he passed in his sleep and was discovered early Thursday morning. We ask that you open your hearts to donate so that we can lay him to rest in a timely fashion. He wanted to make a difference in the world and participated in SEIU ACE program as an activist within the Sacramento Community. He lived his life in service of his community and loved ones and we ask that you help him by keeping his memory alive. Thank you and we will reach out with details on his funeral as soon as possible.
