Marlyn's Charity Project Fund

Marlyn Banzon passed away on September 22, 2018 to cancer. Marlyn was a loving wife, an amazing mother, a supportive sister, an honorable daughter, and a loyal friend. She was the epitome of selfless service, and as a family, we will continue her legacy by raising money for her charity projects. Growing up, Marlyn lived a life of poverty. She had one pair of shoes every year, a few clothes, and knew what it meant to be hungry. Through will power and unparallel work ethic, Marlyn reached many of her goals and ambitions. In the past, she donated so much of her time and money to her family both in the Philippines and in the United States to church and schools. In the Philippines, she helped build a convent in order to lodge Christian ministers who were before, required to travel hours each day. She provided air conditioning, projectors, televisions, and fences for schools that were in need. Marlyn also gave her time to teach Zumba at schools to help children stay fit, which is now a part of their school program. She put so much love and passion into what she gave. With this fund, we hope her message for the world resonates with you all – to influence future generations that it does not matter where you come from, how much wealth you have, or where you were raised. The power to change communities and lives are given to us by the blessings of God; all we have to do is act.
