Marley to keep leukemia away with Beethoven

Hi, my name is Cuong, and I'm fundraising for Marley Campbell, who is in remission from acute lymphocytic leukemia after three years of chemotherapy.

I am Marley's piano teacher at OC Musica. The first day we met, back in April 2022, still with six months of chemotherapy to go, eight-year-old Marley said he wanted to learn to play Mozart. Marley does not have a piano, he is learning to play on an old small electronic keyboard

Marley has made tremendous progress in the few months of lessons, often interrupted with breaks for his treatments, and is now already learning to play Fur Elise! The small keyboard has barely enough keys to play the whole piece. I know the family is already trying to give Marley all they can within their budget, and OC Musica has given them a special scholarship to help with his music tuition. A few days ago, I saw a great deal for a Roland digital piano with weighted keys at Costco selling for $699.99. This same instrument is sold elsewhere for over $1000. It would be so wonderful for Marley to have this as a surprise Christmas present.
