Need used wheelchair accessible van

I need your help. I have numerous progressive diseases that have left me without legs, blind in one eye, kidney disease, lymphedema, bone disease and other challenges, so I need to get to many doctors appointments. I also have been blessed with a beautiful family who have lovingly taken care of me over the past 15 years since I am not able to physically or financially provide for my family. A rollover car accident set in motion these continuous and progressive disabilities. 

I would like to use the funds so we would be able to buy a used accessible van that my wife could get me to the doctors, dialysis, etc. I am still able to drive using hand controls, if I'm feeling well enough, which allows me the pleasure of driving my family.
