Mark's Rent and Bills

As most of you know, I was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on September 19th. I have been off work since then and the bills are starting to pile up.
Most of them I can hold off on (the medical stuff), but my rent is due soon, as is my phone bill and energy bill.
I'm asking for $1000 to get me through November. Hopefully by that time my Voluntary Leave Transfer at work will be approved and I will start getting paid.
