Mark’s Mercy

My oldest brother Mark was in surgery most of the night last night after he lost a fight with a table saw at work. It took most of his fingers but they were able to reattach his thumb and middle finger. He is a freelancer in residential construction and he has no health insurance. His twin girls are sophomores in college and his youngest daughter is a senior in high school so he was quite upset about what this will do to them financially. This is a man who has worked 3 jobs at a time in the past, including being a volunteer fireman for a while so he’s no slacker. And he has refused to get medical treatment for issues he already has with his shoulders because the cost would take away from the family. So between the medical bills that are accruing as we speak and the time he will be unable to work (which is indefinite at this point obviously) this is going to really hurt him. Please help in any way you can, if you can. I know nothing about GoFundMe me so I can only hope I am effectively advocating on my brother’s behalf because he could really use a bit of community love and support right now.
