Beat the "C" word and HHH

A 12/16/2017 ER visit revealed two lymphomas in stomach area blocking pancreas and gall bladder causing bile to back up into liver. Initial biopsy report indicated a Diffuse Large B-Cell lymphoma and oncology nurse said it was easily treatable, on a 1-10 scale it was a 0.5. On Friday 12/29/2017 the head of the oncology team brought the bad news, I had a Triple Hit on my gene markers. In 10 days I went from first to worst in the cancer treatment standings. With the help of a dear friend I received placement at MDAnderson in Houston on 1/8/2018 and my initial meetings were delayed because of insurance issues. Basically my new Obamacare insurance might cover 10% of medical costs if I'm lucky. Right now I'm on a self pay cash program. My MDA oncologist, feels I'll need 6-8 EPOCH chemotherapy treatments at appoximately $100,000 (some folks refuting these figures, jury called in, cleared up soon) per treatment, the first is Friday 1/19/2018. The funds are needed immediately because the financial assistance programs I'm applying for may take awhile. The funds will go directly towards the medical costs and help ease my mind not having to worry about the financial burden of the treatment. The situation is urgent but you can also help me with your thoughts and prayers. The good Lord is watching over me, nothing is urgent while in his hands. There's been some positive additions to my story. Isabelle with Ashland County and the ladies at Northwest Cancer Clinic have wrangled some health insurance for me, and Badgercare plus is keeping a close eye on me. There's still bills in the future, but with your support and the additional insurance, I'm in good hands. Any unused funds will be donated to a deserving charity.
