On July 4, 2013 I was diagnosed with cancer of the lung. As you can imagine the news of cancer brought on a lot of emotions and feelings of what's next. With the help of my family, church and friends I knew that I can take this challenge head on.
After having the lower lobe of my left lung removed I went through a long process to try to build my oxygen level up. This was a long painful process. I knew that this cancer was going to take a toll however I didn't anticipate the long abscence of work and medical bills.
Once I got back on my feet I was able to go through vocational rehabilitation to recieve training and a new job in which I can do. I was well on my way to a full recovery when life hit again.
In April of 2017 I was diagnosed with Cancer of the Tonsil and Throat Cancer. I had surgery to remove the 2" tumour and the right Tonsil. After surgery I went through 7 weeks of Radiation 5 days a week. Now that I have the all clear I am seeing the bills pile up and no way to pay them while recovering.
My plan is to go back to work when I am fully healed. However, it's hard for me to ask but I NEED HELP! All donations will go towards medical expenses and every day cost of living to help with my recovery.
I have done everything that I can to stay on top of my finances however, I am now at the point of desperation. I am falling behind on bills and now medical bills are starting to come in as well. Your donation today will literally help me breath another day. It will provide another day with a roof over my head and medication to get to full strength in my recovery so I can get back to work.
