Mark Johnson’s liver transplant fund.

My story is a rather long one, but to sum it all up, in 2006 I was diagnosed with a rare liver disease that made it look like cirrhosis, but is not. Since then, the only complication I had was being diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension 5 years ago. I have become a rare success story with pulmonary hypertension and as a result I am one of very few people that has improved. But while I’ve been doing well on the pulmonary side, over the last year my liver disease has progressed rapidly and I am now facing a transplant. I hate to ask for help, but I won’t be able to work for at least a year or longer and my little family needs help paying the bills and keeping a roof overhead. Anything you can spare is greatly appreciated!
