Dear Friends and Family ,

We are reaching out to ask for your help in supporting our beloved brother, Mark Royal , who has recently been diagnosed with stage 4B metastatic prostate cancer. (unfortunately, the aggressive kind which carries a very poor prognosis even with traditional chemo).

Mark is a selfless, kind, and loving person who dedicated nearly a decade of his life to caring for both of our parents in his home during their final years. He has always put others before himself, and now he needs our help.

Mark has been undergoing traditional chemotherapy for the past month, under the care of wonderful doctors in Illinois. However, there is a promising treatment called LU-177, a targeted radiotherapy with minimal side effects, which could significantly improve his prognosis. LU-177 is available in the United States, but it's prohibitively expensive and often not covered by Medicare unless all other options have failed.

The LU-177 treatment was developed in Germany, where it is offered at a fraction of the price, along with a one-year follow-up. This treatment has been life-extending for many patients, and in some cases, even curative. Mark's doctors agree that this therapy could be a game-changer.

We are asking for your support in helping us pay for the for the LU-177 treatment in Germany. Every donation, no matter how small, will help ease the financial burden. In addition , Mark’s cancer is aggressive so time is a critical factor.
