Mark Fandel, has cancer and scammed out of savings

My best friend has cancer and does chemo weekly, he has been trying to work, pay his bills and function and keep a good attitude, Today he had chemotherapy & after it was over he found out someone scammed his bank account and took what money he has been working hard to save was there. He got a call from someone saying they were with Microsoft and were there to help with his computer issues, he didn't know better and gave them to much info and they jacked his bank acct, when he gets these chemo treatments it honestly messes with his rational thinking and thought process, due to the fact he gave them access to his computer remotely, the bank won't fix this and refund the missing money. This man would do anything to help anyone and is just trying to survive. Thank you if you can help financially or with words of support or prayers, he can use all that!
