Mark and Lydia White Flooding Help

Hello Everyone,

Lydia White, One of my dear and long time friends of over 25 years and her beautiful family have been heavily affected by Harvey Hurricane. 

She has lost everything since her house is under 4 feet 6 inches of water.    What is more devasting is that her family was also flooded 2 years ago from the last large storm in Houston and just barely finished the rebuilding from that storm.   In addition, she has lost her car for the 2nd time.   Its heartbreadking that her small children who are 2 and 5 years old have experienced this twice withing their life, as well as her two teenage daughters
