I recently bought an old a van that has since brokem down and is in need of repairs. I live in the van with my 14 year old dog Puller. A death in the family forced me to vacate my living arrangements and we are now stuck in a parking lot and must move. I have spent everything I have to get the van running and stabilize our living situation and have run out of resources. I need a hotel, a tow, an engine for a 79 dodge, cash, food, or any combination or single one of the above. Cash keeps me most flexible and provides options. A short version of my story follows:

I fought in 2 wars as a Marine sergeant, earned a degree w/honors from a near ivy league college, worked on Wall St and served as a leader in politics. I've needed help before to pay bills but this is different. It's different because I've been thoroughly broken enough to realize 1 thing: God is not finished with me and I have a purpose here. I had to lose everything to realize this. Right now I have God, my van, and my dog. And all of you fine, generous souls.

So I ask you all for the ability to live my dream in Jesus's name. I'm going to make music and art full time and I'm going to do it for the good of the planet and for my own good. Because the only thing I've ever wanted to do since I was a toddler is make music and help people. I know now after a lifetime of suffering and addiction and abuse that the only thing I've done wrong is deprive myself of the opportunity and yes now the RESPONSIBILITY to love myself. Music has always been my first love and I want to sing.

So I'm gonna make music and I need your help to do it.

There's a list of things I need mainly getting my van registered and titled which will allow me to travel to venues and perform. I will start with open mic opportunities while I write and paint and leave the rest in God's hands.

I also need a computer and audio/video hardware and software. A case for my guitar and maybe even a nicer one. I will pay off some of the significant debt I've incurred but refuse to declare bankruptcy. A tent, llc costs, and insurance would be nice so i can take part in the many art shows in my area and begin to build a business focused on helping people and making the world a better place. I will shout from the rooftops God's mercy and forgiveness!

This is simply a request to help a broken guy find some kind of peace. Money is the one thing I don't have.
