Hi!! I'm pursuing my next yoga teacher training, my 300HR, this coming winter in Goa, India at the Sampoorna Yoga School!
Back in February, after my time teaching in Panama for a month, I became very clear on the fact that I wanted to do my next training. I began to look into a few different trainings, so many great options out there, and I've chosen to do THIS training. Here’s WHY I’m asking for help and why I'm excited about continuing my education!
It’s time to up my knowledge and to build upon the foundation of the 200 HR training I completed in 2015. It’s served me so well and I’ve been so inspired by the students who have shown up on their mats in my classes, to the point that I’m so passionate about up-leveling my currently abilities, to serve with even more tools, knowledge, and insight. I want to be better for those who currently show up to practice with me, and for those who will show up in the future. I want to be able to better address things like physical limitations, injuires, and diseases.
I know first hand how movement and yoga can heal and change people’s lives as it transforms their minds and bodies, and I know that this training will give me the opportunity to have a wider reach with more knowledge to continue sharing my passion for living a vibrant, balanced, and bold life.
In full transparency this teacher training is $3200. I have paid a deposit and plan on covering my own travel, in addition to setting myself up for a month off of work.
As some of you might know, the cost of living in NYC is no joke, which is making it a bit of a challenge to both live life and save up to cover all costs for this training. I'm asking for any kind of support and will offer gifts in return! (If you decide not to choose one of the Reward Levels, and let's say you give $45, I will consider your contribution to be in the $40 Reward Level so that you will receive still receive a gift!)
ANYTHING you can do to support me means MORE than I could ever express in words. That could mean that you just share it with a friend or family member. It could mean sending me a burst of good intentions/vibes/prayers. Really, anything is greatly appreciated.
