Maria’s Journey to fight Breast Cancer

On November 27, 2019, my mother, Maria Angela Caruso was diagnosed with Triple Negative Ductal Carcinoma Breast Cancer at 50 years old. As you can imagine, this is an extremely difficult time for us as my father & I are the only family she has in the United States. With no medical insurance, this is even harder to combat as we have numerous doctor appointments every week and cannot work our normal schedules to financially afford what is to come.


After extensive blood work and testing, she is set to undergo Chemotherapy for 12 treatments, after that,  a Mastectomy, followed by Radiation and follow up visits. There is only so much my father and I can do. That’s why we are asking family and friends to help us get through my moms battle with cancer.
