Maria's Family Hurricane Recovery

As you all know, Hurricane Maria destroyed the island of Puerto Rico.  My Maria's entire family has been affected.  After days of waiting to find out if they were ok, we finally got news indirectly that all have made it out alive.  We have not heard from them directly so we really have no idea the extent of the damage to their homes etc.  This coming shortly after they escaped Hurricane Irma.  Maria's youngest brother, who lived on Key West has not been able to return and likely has little to return to.  Maria's father Luis (Bob) and grandfather live in the town of Jayuya, which the blue arrow locates.  It was cut off for days from the rest of the island as roads and bridges collapsed.  We have heard from family that he has made it to another town and is staying with a friend who has water.  Her mother, two uncles, aunt, and brother live in the town of Naguabo, located by the red arrow.  Naguabo was hit very hard as you could expect from the photo.  They all live like most in Puerto Rico, with less resources than many of us have.  

I am trying to raise $2500 in two weeks to be allocated and distributed among them.  Initially the money was going to be raised to help pay for repairs but now it looks like these funds will go towards food, water, fuel etc.  

I understand some are not in a place to make a big donation, however as cliche as it is, every dollar counts.  If you can make a $5 donation at least it pays for a case of drinking water.

Your relationship or contact to the parties you're raising funds for: Boyfriend of Maria Frau, whose father Luis (Bob) and mother Maria, brother, uncles and aunt live in Puerto Rico and have been affected by Hurricane Maria.

How the funds will be spent (be specific as possible): We intend to distribute the funds 50/50 to her mother and her dad (divorced). These funds will be used to buy supplies such as food, water, fuel, and other necessities.

Due to all of the cell towers being out in Jayuya the Current plan of Luis Frau as beneficiary have been changed.  A cousin of Maria's was able to visit her mom in Naguabo today and they are in dire need of food and water as well as batteries and lanterns. I have now changed the beneficiary to Maria so she can log in and access funds directly to purchase these items to send.  She will send them to her cousin in San Juan who can  transport them to Naguabo.  Naguabo is still without any cell service, power etc.
