Help for my parents in Puerto Rico

I need to get my parents out of Puerto Rico. The entire island still goes without power and water. Power will not be restored for up to six months. Water is said to be restored within a month. My eldest brother has been able to get to an area of cell phone coverage where cellphone towers have been restored. He said they are in need of propane generators and batteries and candles. He told me that water is being rationed out daily with people lined up for hours to each receive a gallon of water. Food also is being rationed. Stores are open with limited supplies for limited hours a day. With the help of Delta Airlines - I have been able to schedule a flights-for my parents out of Puerto Rico on October 19th. Flights are limited as the airport is being assessed daily for safety to planes flying in and out of the island. Mostly relief flights are being allowed in and limited flights are going out. My parents will come with just one suitcase each. I will need to buy them a bed and clothing and I need to get my two brothers propane generators as soon as possible. Not everyone on the island will be receiving generators. Supplies are slowly making their way to the remote parts of the island with San Juan being the first to receive help.
