New Car for Auntie Marissa

My best friend of almost 18 years has had a very rough last 10 years. In addition to  her mother getting breast cancer for the second time, her uncle being a jerk and suing her mother while she was going through cancer treatments, she has lost her job and 1 month ago was driving home at night and a drunk person ran out into the street and she unfortunately hit him. Her car was totaled and now she has no way to get to her new job. She is very close to losing her apartment and she already has no car. I really need some help to raise just enough to get her an A-B car nothing fancy just safe and it runs well. Please help.
