Margo Raymond and Family

Donation protected
This past Easter Sunday evening (April 1), Margo was admitted to a small local hospital with cardiac symptoms and a very weak heart. She was then transported to a larger hospital to undergo a procedure which prevented us from loosing her

Later on Monday, she was airlifted to Methodist hospital in Indianapolis and placed in the cardiac intensive care unit.

On Wednesday, amazingly, the balloon pump in her aorta was removed (the first procedure) which took some of the workload from her weakened heart.

Then on Thursday her vent was removed and family members were able to talk to her.

Nothing short of a miracle, Margo is being moved to a regular hospital room today (Friday April 6). She was able to take a few steps.

Our family feels so blessed that we have not lost Margo and she has made progress daily. She has maintained a positive attitude and wants only to go home. Margo is a beloved family member and friend and many have offered help.

The main help the family could use at this time is financial for immediate needs of Margo’s family, husband Scott and their 14 year old twin boys. They will have added medical costs in the near future along with these basic needs and undoubtedly Margo will be out of work for an extended period.
