My amazing eldest son, who is 9, is wanting to raise money for the charity close to our heart The Marfans Trust. He will be climbing Mam Tor on 10th Febuary which is 'Marfan Syndrome Awareness Month'.
It's close to us as myself, him and our family have Marfan Syndrome, a conective tissue disorder which can be life threatening if not monitored. It affects the heart, eyes, feet, legs, back and most other parts of the body and organs. He often struggles with day to day life but never let's it get to him and hes ALWAYS got a smile on his face.
It was all his idea and he came to us about it which makes us so proud to have a son, who has multiple hospital appointments a month himself, thinking about supporting other people with the same condition. Hes such an amazing, selfless young man. Please donate whatever you can as every little helps and let's make this young man extremely happy with the things he will achieve from it.
