Marcy 's Last Wishes of Strength in a Storm

Well, it seems the time has come in which we find ourselves reaching out to GFM in hopes of making the last days of Marcy's (mother of two school aged children, wife of 17 years, sister, cousin, niece, friend) cancer journey more tolerable and peaceful. Hospice is where we are with her care right now.
We have no medicaid for her or long term care insurance so she is in HOME hospice through charitable funds right now. However, she needs 24 hour care.
At this point, the in home caregivers only come to her house 1 a week, for about 30 minutes.
She is taking over 15 Medications, one of the most important being a self injection given 3 times per day, twice each time (that's 6 shots). Family trying their best to help, but let's face it....THAT is simply NOT realistic. No flexibility in sight in regards to alternate medication or alternate route of entry.
Marcy is in pain more and more each day at an accelerated rate. The three evils are 1) Fatigue 2) Nausea and Vomiting and 3) Pain. ALWAYS at least 2 out of 3 happening. Always.
We need more available care, 24 hour care. Ability to take care of daily needs diminishing more and more each day. Help around the house and with her kids. Inpatient care is what is needed. Or ability pay for more hours of care at home.
Please help Marcy and her family. The burden grows bigger every day. It really does. It really has reached this point now. Whatever you can contribute, no matter how much, will add up. We appreciate from the bottom of our hearts.
