Marcus De Rijk legacy fund for Claire

Dear friends of Marcus and Claire.

As you mostly know by now, Claire’s beloved husband, Marcus, was tragically killed over the weekend, leaving behind not only a grieving widow but their first unborn child. Claire is due to give birth in the coming weeks.

You may know that Claire’s income has been all but lost due to Covid19, and Marc had planned to take 6 months of leave from his job to help take care of their baby.

There has been an outpouring of love to Claire, and many people have indicated that they would like to contribute financially to help take at least one weight off her shoulders.

All funds raised will be given to Claire to use however she feels will best support her, their child, and will reflect Marc's wishes. 

If you are in financial difficulty right now, as most artists are - please hold onto the money that you do have. Marc and Claire wouldn’t want anyone to give what they can’t afford.

We would also like to collect musical tributes to the couple. A large scale funeral may not be possible right now, but a legacy page for Marc will be something to continue to look back at and remember him by.
