Marcus' College

Marcus Tiplea is a Graphic Design student from Bob Jones University. He is currently enrolled in his sophomore year, entering the second semester of this year.

Marcus has been interested in graphic design since he was 12 and has come a long way since, always finding ways to learn more and become better at what he loves.

He is orignally from Romania, where he was raised by his parents who are missionaries in a ministry that works with orphaned and abandoned children. He was brought up with 17 siblings (16 from the ministry).

With grants from academic excelence and financial aid that he receives from the school, Marcus' school bill each semester comes to a total of $8600. A lot of friends, family, and family friends are constantly helping out with what they can so Marcus can finish his education at BJU, and he has 2 jobs alongside with school to make ends meet to a certain degree (min. wage and a limit of 19 hours a week, being an international student); however, after 3 semesters it's becoming more and more difficult to find the funds for the rest of these 4 years.

We're trusting in God's provision and trying to find more ways to raise the funds needed. Hence, this gofundme. The goal for this campaign is not for the whole 2 1/2 years ahead, but only for this semester, which, substracting what God has already provided, still sums up to a grand total of $6600.

The school bill is broken down into monthly payments of $2100, and starting next month, we're fully dependent on God moving his people to generosity.  Any contribution you can make is highly appreciated and we truly wish we can repay it somehow. Truest thanks in advance.
