Marc Womack is Gone and Madison Womack Needs Us

Donation protected
Marc Womack was only in the hospital for 24 hours. His girlfriend tells us he was really sick over Christmas but refused to go to the hospital because he didn't think they could afford it. Then, a few days ago he was so bad and couldn't breathe that they called an ambulance and when he got to the hospital they told him they were going to put him on a respirator. He refused and he fought them kicking and screaming until around 6 of them forced him down, drugged him, put him in a coma, and put him on a machine and then he died. Tragic? Indeed. But, it gets worse.

He leaves behind his 11-year-old daughter Madison Womack and his step daughter Nizza. Her mom has not been in the picture for over 6 years and has rarely had any contact.

Those of you who knew Marc knew that he was a fiercely loyal family man. He moved to the Philippines officially in 2006 back when we were working together. By January 2010 he was married and had his first and only child, Madison. His wife had two daughters which Marc went on to raise as his very own. Unfortunately, the marriage didn't last and they separated over 6 years ago, since their break up, Marc has been single-handedly raising 2 out of his 3 daughters, the eldest of his stepdaughter Nizza and Madison. Marc was/has been doing the best job at it together with his girlfriend putting them through the bests schools and fully providing for them. In a righteous world, he should have and would have loved to keep all 3 together but circumstances did not allow for this to happen.

This, of course, is an incredibly complicated situation but help can be provided from the U.S., Europe, Asia, Central, and South America, and everywhere else Marc has friends.

The goal is to make sure that funds are sent monthly for her well-being and that she has some money left to pay for college. The plan is to establish a trust fund for Madison Womack in the United States to be administered by an attorney in Georgia. That fund will send a monthly remittance to the Philippines to whoever is Madison's guardian as the months and years go by. Whatever is left over when Madison is ready for college can help her pay for college or if she doesn't want to go to college, she can have the money and start her life. The trust fund administrator will have the sole responsibility of deciding how much to send and where to send it. Neither I nor anyone in the Philippines will be able to dictate how funds should flow.

If you've made money with Marc, don't be cheap. If you have money and are just moved by this story, please don't be cheap. If you are counting every penny yourself, we thank you for every dollar you can give.

I have been Marc’s friend and business partner for many years, and I want to help take care of his daughter Madison.  I’ve made arrangements with Matt Collins and his law firm, The Collins Firm, LLC, to withdraw the funds from GoFundMe, manage and hold the funds for the benefit of Madison Womack, Marc’s daughter.  Madison will be the recipient of these funds as needed while she is a child, but with the goal of having funds available for her to use for college. Once the funds are transferred to The Collins Firm, these funds will be sent to Madison’s guardian on a periodic basis to help with her monthly education and living expenses and then to Madison herself once she is of legal age.

I'll start with $20,000. Now, it is your turn. Please, Madison needs your help.
