Marc Hayes Retirement

Marc Hayes has dedicated his extensive 40+ career to fostering conservation of diverse aquatic biota and their habitats through his leadership, research, mentorships and partnerships. During his career with the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, he has contributed to the development of researchers, managers, students, and life‑long citizen scientists. He continually seeks new opportunities to cultivate partnerships and tirelessly pursues real-world solutions to protect species and their habitat for future generations. After 20 years managing the Aquatic Resources Section at WDFW, Marc is retiring. As we cannot meet in person to give him the sendoff he deserves, please consider donating to recognize Marc's accomplishments. Donations received by December 15, 2020 will be used to purchase a Cabela's gift card that Marc can use towards anything he may need as he continues his endeavors towards appreciating the natural world and seeking to better understand it. We recommend a maximum donation of $10/person. Thank you.
