 This is a charity which works with young people providing community services such as support groups and counselling to those who need it. They have specialised support for people suffering with depression and mental health challenges.

 I used to struggle with heavy addiction problems, using alcohol and drugs to cope, facilitating a rapid decline in my mental health over the course of a few years. As a young man, I struggled to swallow my pride and admit that I needed help. In 2024 I reached my mental and physical wit’s end and finally did just that. As of today, I am 2 years sober and in the best place I have ever been. I would love to give something back to help others who are stuck in a position that i was once in. I hope to contribute by donating any money raised from this, my first marathon.
