Help restart the farm's sugar house

The old sugar house needed to be moved and new equipment needs to be purchased to revive a Vermont tradition.  Our plan is to develop the sugaring into a cooperative community operation where neighbors tap their trees too and we all boil the sap and enjoy the syrup together.    My kids are the seventh generation to live on our property and they should learn sugaring like all who came before them.  The sugar house was on property we don't own and it had to be relocated.  The wood fired arch and both pans need to be replaced as they have sat idle for too many years to be saved (the back pan had lead soldering too).  We got the house moved and now we want to be able to boil.  A used arch and pans of the appropriate size we need runs around $3000 and new is about twice that.
