Hurricane Irma Flooded Our Home

We live off the Alafia river in Valrico, FL and after hurricane Irma past us, the river began to rise for the 48 hrs to almost 23 feet.   We were able to save about 70% of our personnel belongings but with 4 feet of standing water in our home we are devastated.  unfortunately we do not have flood insurance and the expense to rebuild is overwhelming. Me, my wife and 1yr old son are staying with family, so we are all safe.  But desperately need help rebuilding or possibly relocating dependeing on the extent of the damage.
