Before I can even look at IVF, surgery is required to remove the endo tissue and the polyps and I just got the quote for it... $5,619...

<div>IVF is already an expensive enough journey, to have these surgery costs crop up is a surprise and in all honesty I need help raising some of the surgery costs so that we don't have to hold off any longer - let's face it we are not getting any younger!
