Hello,

My name is Richard Munoz and I am humbly coming to you and speaking on behalf of the Munoz family.

On December 24, 2023, my brother went Home to be with the Lord. He leaves behind his devoted wife, Pilar, three beautiful children, Pia, Michael and Corinne and two precious grandchildren, Ray and Myah.

In May of 2022, Manuel had a surgery removing a tumor that led to the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Manuel and his family thought it was caught early and started his first round of treatments. During this time, the treatment took a toll on him physically yet he still managed to be so active and do the things he loved with his wife and family. It was hard to lose the long black hair of his that he had for so long but he never let that get him down and still managed to keep his amazing smile and funny personality. His first round of treatments ended in December of 2022 but by September of 2023 was when he was told a more aggressive treatment was needed. This took a huge toll on time physically. Many complications including surgery, hospital visits and procedures started to occur fast. His cancer had spread to his bones causing things to progress fast and making it difficult for him to do things or go places.

Unfortunately, an event occurred that lead Manuel into the hospital on December 20th and he passed on December 24th.

Everyone who knows Manuel knows how much he loved his wife and family. He was the entertainment at every event and had a smile that would light up any room.

He tried so hard and fought so hard to try to beat this. Manuel and his wife did everything together and were a real life notebook story. They absolutely adored each other. His family was by his side everyday supporting his strong hard fight til the end. He is already missed so much and it's been such a difficult time.

My family and I, are humbly asking for your monetary donation in support of my brother and his family during such a difficult time. Your donation will help with medical expenses and memorial services. We appreciate you dearly.
