Dear Family and Friends,
It is with a heavy heart that we ask for your help. Our dear uncle, Manuel Medina, was diagnosed with very progressed form of brain cancer on Friday, November 30th, after being admitted to the hospital, his health declined very rapidly. The type of cancer is not treatable, and the prognosis is not good. He has been moved into full time hospice care where he will spend the time he has left comfortably and pain free.
As you can imagine, the family is grieving right now and the last thing we want them to worry about is finances. Please consider helping his family in their time of need. Any contributions received will be used for his end of life care and memorial expenses.

Es con un corazón pesado que pedimos su ayuda. A nuestro querido tío, Manuel Medina, se le diagnosticó una forma muy progresiva de cáncer cerebral el viernes 30 de noviembre, luego de ser ingresado en el hospital, su salud declinó muy rápidamente. El tipo de cáncer no es tratable y el pronóstico no es bueno. Se le ha trasladado a un centro de cuidados paliativos a tiempo completo, donde pasará el tiempo que le queda cómodamente y sin dolor.
Como puedes imaginar, la familia está sufriendo en este momento y lo último que queremos es que se preocupen por las finanzas. Por favor considere ayudar a su familia en su momento de necesidad. Cualquier contribución recibida se utilizará para el cuidado de su vida útil y los gastos conmemorativos.
