Manon's Bucket List!

Hello! Please accept my humble thanks for considering this cause. Many of you know Manon Berube as family, colleague, neighbour, and friend. I am lucky enough to know her as a very dear and special friend. A person with incredible inner strength and will combined with an abundance of love and caring. I will borrow a few words from Manon's physician: “Devastatingly, Manon Berube, 44 years old, has been diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer STAGE 4 (metastases to liver). Diagnosis was made in hospital, November 28, 2017. Sadly, this disease is incurable and all treatments going forwards are directed towards controlling disease and quality of life. This is not Manon's first battle in life. She was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in early adulthood, having to undergo surgeries and several medical treatments. Then, she was diagnosed with Breast cancer in 2014. She successfully went into remission after surgery, radiation and chemotherapy. This new diagnosis of recurrent metastatic cancer is tragic, after having already been through so much. Despite all of these obstacles in life, Manon has always remained positive. She is the definition of strength and adversity and has a true zest for life.” Manon and Victor were scheduled to leave for Jamaica on their honeymoon. Tragically, just 48 hours before boarding the plane her father passed away. Please help Manon cross this wish off her bucket list so she can enjoy the honeymoon she never had!
