Manning Relief Fund

David, Natalie and Alex Manning lost their home and all of their possessions except the clothes on their backs in the recent fires in Santa Rosa, CA. They were evacuated in the middle of the night and had just enough time to gather themselves and their dog Panga and that was it. They got out with their lives which is obviously most important...everything else is gone and that is where we can help. 

The attached picture is of where the front of their house use to be. As you can see all that remains are the brick columns. The skeleton on the steps is a Halloween decoration. For those of you who don’t know, Natalie is a Halloween fanatic. 

David and I met in 1st grade at the Oakwood School in North Hollywood, CA. We have been best friends and fishing companions ever since; over 40 years. Pretty much as far back as my memory goes David is there. He is way more my brother in that respect than my friend. I am creating this fund to support the Manning family’s return to normalcy. I live in San Diego so I am too far away to be there for the Manning’s physically. I personally cannot imagine losing everything I owned in the word in the matter of hours. This fund is to provide the Manning’s the resources to do whatever it is they think will make whole faster. They literally need to replace everything they owned...Natalie’s extensive decorations for every holiday that made their house look like the cover of a Williams Sonoma catalog to close to 40 years of fishing tackle Dave has collected...it’s all gone. This fund is for those types of things, the things that truly bring joy to their lives and define them as the magnificent individuals they are. 

I would like like to get the donations the the Manning family in the first part of November. If you can kindly make your donation by Friday, November 3 that would be greatly appreciated.
