Attending Photography Workshop
My name is Mandee Rae, I am a freelance photographer in Seattle, WA. I am only 21 years old, and I've successfully made a name and business for myself in the last two years. I specialize in portrait photography, and am able to provide for myself this last summer solely on photography. However, after the extensive volume of clients I had this summer I have so many questions. There is so much I have yet to learn to creating a successful photography business.
There is a three day photography workshop in January being held by seven amazing, inspirational photographers. One of my inspirations for the last 4-5 years will be one of the mentors, Michelle Moore. To be emerged in this setting for three days, and learn from these incredible professionals would be priceless for me. Unfortunately, there is a price tag. Just to enroll for the workshop is $1,075 and this doesn't include the extra meals and the lodging. It is so hard to justify spending that much money on myself, for a three day class.
I am seeking the support from friends, and family members to help raise money for me to be able to attend this workshop. With Christmas, and my birthday coming up - I feel this is the best opportunity to ask for help. I would prefer this to be my Christmas, and birthday present. I want every penny, dime, dollar to help go towards this. This would be the most incredible present I could ask for.
This workshop will help me grow, and further my business - especially for the coming years.
